Her field expertise in agriculture includes an integrated farming system or organic farming and conventional farming system or industrial farming. She has a curated methodology to bring in innovative farmland techniques to produce high yields in Clazy Pension Tree Limited and also does not compromise on the art culture of organic agriculture. Shanmugavadivu has a remarkable practical experience in farmland Maintainance and cultivations for over ten years. The most valuable asset she adds to the pension tree is her art of agriculture techniques. Shanmugavadivu has a curated technique of designing and crafting the best investment opportunities exclusively for Clazy Pension Tree clients. She is also the companies sound representative when it comes to corporate tie-ups and outbound integrations.
D Sathish Kannan is an experienced entrepreneur and continuing his tremendous journey as a leading businessman in various sectors. Having a master's degree in Business Administration, Sathish had set a high standard of trust in various sectors initiating from financial services to farmland cultivations. Setting up investment programs and launching new investment opportunities in Clazy Pension Tree and being active in social and charitable activities were the other areas where he is involved in.

Sathish joined the Board of Directors in Clazy Pension Limited in December 2020 as a Chairperson and Managing Director. He is overviewing, leading the business, and looking after the financial turnover of the Company.
Dr. Roshan Vijay is a young and energetic entrepreneur and had completed a doctorate degree in surgery. Roshan has administrative experience in property and farmland investment management for more than four years. He is involving in setting up farmland projects with established Agri experts across the country.

Roshan joined the Board of Directors in Clazy Pension Tree Limited on December 2020. He has been the creative think tank for the company and persisting in bringing innovative ideas to Clazy Pension Tree. Being a doctor, he had involved himself in many social activities and had conducted numerous seminars and free medical camps across southern India.
